Yellow Flashcard for Toddlers
Yellow is sunshine, bananas and rubber ducks — the brightest card in the deck. Toddlers love the word because it feels bouncy to say: yeh-low.
What this card shows
Gives sunshine, bananas and egg yolks one shoutable shared name.
Find one like it
Hunt the kitchen for three yellow things; the banana usually surrenders first.
What kids learn from it
Hunting by color is visual matching, the quiet start of sorting.
Print tips
Print a spare for the changing bag; yellow hunts travel.
Grown-up tip
Golden, lemon and mustard are all yellow — saying so stretches vocabulary.
