Fish Flashcard for Babies
A round, friendly fish. Fish are calm and quiet — a nice change of pace in an animal set, and their gulping mouths are fun to imitate.
What this card names
Offers a calm, quiet picture between the louder animal cards in the stack.
Point and say
Trace the round mouth with one slow finger as you say fish.
What it builds
Grows quiet attention and close study of faces, mouths and gentle sounds.
Print tips
Plain white paper is fine, but matte cardstock kills window glare.
Baby tip
Slow everything down; a calm card works best with a calm voice.
