FLASHCARD · GARDEN BUGS & FRIENDS · AGES 2 YEARS
Spider Flashcard for Toddlers
The spider with eight legs, sitting in its web. Spiders make toddlers nervous and grown-ups jump — which is exactly why the calm version belongs on a card first.
What this card is for
Sets a calm tone about eight legs before panic gets a vote.
On the next walk
Check hedges and gate corners for webs with dew still on them.
What it teaches
Replaces squeamishness with curiosity — a head start that lasts years.
Print it like this
Print two — one tends to go missing mid-obsession.
Tip for today
Admire webs more than spiders — the engineering is the hook.
