FLASHCARD · GARDEN BUGS & FRIENDS · AGES 2 YEARS
Squirrel Flashcard for Toddlers
The squirrel with the bushy tail, scampering up trees and burying nuts it will half remember later. It is the park's quickest performer, and its tail is bigger than its whole body.
What this card is for
Captures the bushy-tailed blur that beats every toddler to the tree.
On the next walk
Freeze under the big tree and let the tail come to you.
What it teaches
Practises waiting quietly — the only way wild things show up.
Print it like this
Two sizes work — the small one rides in coat pockets.
Tip for today
Admire from the path — cheeky does not mean tame.
Teach it, step by step
