Poppy Flashcard for Toddlers
The bright red one. Poppies are the boldest flower in the set — tissue-paper petals and a colour so strong it stops toddlers mid-step.
What this card shows
Puts the boldest red in the garden where your child can claim it.
Petal play
Mix a petal soup in a jam jar — red goes in first.
What it teaches
Sharpens colour matching with the loudest red around.
Print tips
Red ink fades fast — print fresh each summer.
Tip for today
Those petals bruise if breathed on — admiration is a distance sport.
