Heart Flashcard for Preschoolers
Your heart is a muscle that squeezes all day and night, pushing blood — the delivery van for oxygen and food — to every part of your body.
What this card opens up
Points at the drum inside that never takes a day off.
Try it for real
Ten jumping counts, then feel the thumps slow back down.
What kids learn from it
Hearts pump blood; running makes them work harder.
Print tips
Cardstock — this one survives constant chest-tapping.
A question to ask
A toy stethoscope or a quiet ear both work.
Teach it, step by step
